Maura Matarese, M.A. LMHC, R.Y.T. is a licensed psychotherapist, and registered yoga teacher for Yoga Alliance.  As a therapist, she specializes in treating addictions.  As a yoga teacher, she brings clarity, insight, compassion and humor to the mat.
 
Currently Maura teaches yoga at several Boston Sports clubs, and Your Element Yoga, in Sudbury, MA. She also works as a clinician and clinical supervisor treating addictions at a Harvard Medical School affiliate outpatient  clinic, in Cambridge, MA.
