Who is Yoga For All?
Yoga For All is a yoga studio located in Downtown Stratford that is aimed at fostering acceptance of the present, self-discovery, and stillness.
At Yoga For All, I want to help you build a self-care routine by infusing your week with deep breathing, intentional movement and establishing a connection to your inner self. Together we will use movement and breath to create space in the physical body and bask in that space to be with the thoughts, feelings, and emotion that arise. You do not need to “turn off” your thoughts; yoga and meditation are about learning to live alongside them, getting curious about them, and learning how to unlearn and undo ways of being that are not serving your highest self. I will offer you practices that support this exploration and all you have to do is meet them will openness and kindness.
